We understand plans can change. If you are unable to attend the conference, we’ll do our best to support you. Please read this policy in full, then complete the form below to request a refund or transfer.
If you cannot attend the conference, you have three options.
- Transfer your pass to another person (no fee)
- Receive a credit for ONA27 (no fee)
- Request a refund (processing fees apply)
All refund and transfer requests must be submitted by Monday, March 23, 2026.
Refund Processing Fees
- $50 until December 31, 2025
- $100 from January 1 – March 15, 2026
- $175 from March 16 – 23, 2026
Important Notes:
- ONA Member Rate Conference passes can only be transferred to other ONA members. If not already a member, the prospective attendee should join ONA before the transfer is requested.
- There are no fees for student registration refunds at any time.
- Membership dues are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be processed after March 23, 2026. You may only transfer your pass or receive a credit for ONA27.
- Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
- Medical/health emergencies (including COVID-19 exposure) will be accommodated upon request.
- Refunds outside of the United States may incur additional fees from your financial institution. ONA is not responsible for these fees.
